We ship all orders from Costa Mesa, California using UPS, USPS, or DHL (Duties Paid where available).
Orders are packed and shipped 7 days a week. Most orders go out within 1–3 business days, but this can take longer during sales or holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $120 USD.
Rates for orders under $120 are calculated at checkout based on location and carrier.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally with DHL. How duties and taxes get handled depends on where your order's headed.
Duties paid at checkout: Australia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged when you check out — nothing due when it lands.
Japan: Japanese regulations don't let us collect duties and taxes at checkout. Japan orders ship DHL Standard — duties and taxes are handled on your end when the package arrives.
Rest of the world: Ships DHL Standard. We don't collect duties or taxes at checkout — you may owe these on delivery.
These charges are set by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control or estimate these fees.
If a package is refused due to duties or taxes, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees.
