Our T-Shirts are heavy weight, 100% Cotton T-Shirts printed in Canada. Size charts are provided on the product pages. Please note our shirts are heavy weight and have a heavy texture to them.

We currently do not offer wholesale.

Our default currency is USD but you can place your order using most major currencies including CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, etc. 

RETURNS

We've got you! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Head to our Returns and Exchanges page to initiate an exchange or return.

If you have an issue with your order, please send photos, provide your order # and what the issue is to shop@indestructiblemfg.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

ONLINE ORDERS

We ship worldwide from Toronto, Canada.

We do! If you live in the United States or Canada and order $75USD or more, you will automatically receive free shipping during checkout.  

We ship most orders over the border via a courier service called Wizmo. American orders are delivered through USPS, Canadian through Canada Post and International through Asendia. 

We pack and ship orders Monday to Friday. Usually orders are packed within 1-3 business days but orders can take longer during Holidays and Sales. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info. 

Most packages sent out come with tracking. Canadian orders that are small enough to ship in a stamped envelope will be sent that way without tracking.

We pack orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been inducted into the postal system, estimated delivery is: 

USA: 1-5 Business Days* 

Canada: 3-21 Business Days* 

International: 5-30 Business Days* 

   

*These are estimated (business days) based on individual postal service standards and are not guaranteed shipping times. 

Sometimes the postal service marks packages as delivered when they have not been.  Before contacting the post office, double check around your house, with your neighbours or other places near your mailbox. If you still haven’t received your order within a day, please contact your local post office for more information. 

Please note, we  take no responsibility for any orders that are lost in transit, stolen, or damaged. Once your package leaves our HQ it is up to you to keep an eye on the tracking info sent via email and be there to receive it. We take no responsibility and have no control over any duties, customs costs or processing delays, transfers to local carriers in your country, strikes etc. 

We offer Route Protection during checkout on our store. If you purchased the Route Protection, reach out to them to file a claim. If you chose to opt out of insurance during checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will not refund you or credit you.

Indestructible is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.

*Claims for packages marked as "delivered" must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.

If Route+ Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Indestructible is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package does not successfully deliver it will be sent back to Indestructible via Wizmo (our shipping carrier). This is typically due to insufficient address information. 

If the package needs to cross the border again, receiving it can take 2-3 weeks. Your tracking information will state "Returned to Original Sender”. This can happen if an address is missing information or invalid and the carrier was unable to deliver the package. Once the returned package is back in our hands and restocked, you will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and a $5 return shipping fee. We do not reship the initial order, please place a new order with the corrected address.  

Please note that any orders placed outside of Canada and the U.S.A. may be subject to your country’s duties and/or customs fees. These taxes are not charged by Indestructible and we have not control over them or can we predict what they may be. We are not responsible for paying duty fees. 

If you decide to refuse your package due to duties/customs fees we are not responsible for its return. We will only issue refunds in cases where orders arrive back to Indestructible HQ. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

LOCAL PICKUPS

Yup! We offer Local Pickup in Toronto, Canada Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled on how to pickup.

*Please note, orders not picked up within 30 days are considered abandoned and you will be charged a 100% restocking fee. No refunds or exchanges! If you have an outstanding "Local Pickup" order, please email shop@indestructiblemfg.com  

Unfortunately we do not offer in-store shopping. All orders can be placed online using the local pickup option. Please do not come to pickup your order until you’ve received your pickup confirmation email. 

You can find Indestructible at 1185 Bloor Street West in Toronto, Ontario Canada. We share a space with Corner Pocket Tattoo, so please respect the artists when you enter the shop.  Please do not come to pickup your order until you’ve received your pickup confirmation email.
