EST 2018 | UNTIL FOREVER
Indestructible MFG was founded in Toronto in 2018 by tattoo artist Matt Vanasse and barber Dan Brenndorfer.
What started as a small project in the basement of a barbershop has grown into a brand built through community, creativity, and years of doing things our own way. From the beginning, Indestructible was shaped by the places we came from and the people around us.
Rooted in tattooing, barbering, motorcycles, alternative music, and workwear, the brand takes inspiration from timeless design, everyday wear, and traditional craftsmanship. The goal has always been simple: make solid products with strong artwork and honest construction that hold up over time.
Dan was working at a barbershop in Toronto when Matt randomly booked a haircut after seeing a photo of him wearing a fedora crooked on his head. That appointment turned into a friendship built around motorcycles, tattoos, music, and creating things together.
In the early days, every order was packed by hand. Weekends were spent setting up at swap meets, local markets, and motorcycle shows across Canada, building the brand one conversation at a time.
Indestructible grew through the support of the communities around it. Riders, tattooers, barbers, musicians, artists, and people who connected with what we were building helped push the brand forward through word of mouth and genuine support.
While the brand has expanded beyond Canada over the years, Toronto will always be where it started. Indestructible still operates in Canada today and continues to stay connected to the same culture and communities it was built from.
Everything we make is influenced by timeless design, everyday wearability, and the idea that good products should get better with age. From heavyweight tees and outerwear to gloves and accessories, the focus remains the same: create pieces that feel honest, wearable, and made to be lived in.
