USA orders are sent via UPS & USPS. Canadian + Int orders ship using DHL Ecommerce
We pack and ship orders 7 days a week. Usually orders are packed within 1-3 business days but orders can take longer during Holidays and Sales. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info. Once your order has been inducted into the postal system, estimated delivery is:
USA: 2-5 Business Days*
Canada: 6-15 Business Days*
International: 5-15 Business Days*

In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed

*Claims for packages marked as "delivered" must be filed after 2 days and before 10 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last status update.
If Route+ Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Indestructible is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States/Canada are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
All SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.

I made a recent order, including this shirt. The fit was on point, and the material was nice and heavy, good quality. I was a bit confused because Indestructible is a Canadian company, yet their products are shipped from the States, so I had to pay duty. I left that fact in my previous review. Within a day, Indestructible reached out and explained their situation and issues with shipping from Canada (we all know Canada Post prices) and how they are setting up centralized shipping. They apologized and sent me a gift card.
These guys stand behind their products and, more importantly, behind their customers. Best online company I have ever dealt with! (OG Moto are also pretty solid). Thanks again, Dan and company, for being stand-up and transparent. Plus they made rad shit!
Since I cannot find my order number and I don’t really know any other way to get your peoples attention because the order number is nowhere on any of the documentation I have you sent me two shirts that are the wrong size so I can’t properly review them because I’m angry that they’re the wrong size. This is the second time your company has done this. I ordered one of your jerseys two years ago are Last year. I’m sorry and I ordered a 2X and you sent me an XL and I was never able to get it exchanged. I have two T-shirts that are small and I’m a man who is 6 foot tall and 235 pounds but I sure the smalls are gonna fit me. I ordered extra large one of the shirts that I ordered came extra large, the other two not so much.

The t-shirts just don’t feel as quality as the ones I bought a year or two ago. The screen print on one of the shirts is slightly crooked but not immediately noticeable.
