We ship orders from Costa Mesa, California. Orders are sent via UPS, USPS or DHL Duties Paid.
We pack and ship orders 7 days a week. Usually orders are packed within 1-3 business days but orders can take longer during Holidays and Sales. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most shipping confirmation emails will include tracking info.
Once your order has been inducted into the postal system, estimated delivery is:

In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
*An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 7 days have passed since the last tracking status update for domestic shipments, and 20 days for international shipments, including Canada. A claim must be filed within 30 days of the last tracking update.
If Route+ Package Protection is not selected at checkout, Indestructible is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States/Canada are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. All SALE items are FINAL and are not eligible for return.
Your refund will go back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded.
We offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your item(s) back to us for a return.

I wish I could give the items a review but I still have yet to receive them or even an update on shipping. I reached out to customer service and they said they would look into it but I have yet to hear back.
