We ship orders from Costa Mesa, California. Orders are sent via UPS, USPS or DHL Duties Paid.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States/Canada are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.

I ordered the black sparrow gloves (because the brown leather ones I wanted were out of stock) however I was sent the spider web ones by mistake. I was contacted by someone from your company and verified that the mistake was indeed on your site via pictures. I was made to believe that once the brown leather sparrow size small will be sent to me once they are I. Stock. I was told this would happen before Christmas, because they are a gift.
I hope they will be sent soon
Absolutely awesome gloves ! I ride my bike everywhere and it keeps them warm, and they're stunning
The gloves look great. At this point, I still feel like I'm in the process of breaking them in. The leather is quite stiff, but that gives me hope that the built quality will make them last a good long time, once they've been worn in frequently and adequately. I'll be interested to see what the fit and function are like once they're a little more flexible, but for now, I'm hopeful that they'll be my daily gloves from now on.
One glove is fine, the other didn’t get quality checked.
